Ironically, as this site focuses on diets as some short term fix it quick routine rather than an ongoing healthy lifestyle approach to eating that we treat the common sense whole plant food, low sugar & fat, sans meat dairy and eggs approach of Hyman (& Esselstyn, McDougall, etc.) as some fad to be done for a week! Sure the weight loss is temporary, IF you return to the typical American diet high in processed crap, salt, sugar and fat!
